Multi-Millet Upma Mix 250 GM

Multi-millets Upma Mix is a healthy replacement for regular suji/rava which we buy from market. Millets are rich source of fibre, macro and micro nutrients. Apart from making Upma, you can use this mix for making Ambil and instant Idli (for which you would need to add baking soda).

Millets are a group of gluten free cereals and are least allergenic and slowly digestible grains. They contain high amounts of dietary fibres, B-complex vitamins, essential amino acids, and vitamin E. Their consumption reduces the risk of lifestyle diseases.
