For years, I accepted compromises in my kitchen—vegetables sprayed with agrochemicals, spices with ‘innovative’ fillers, packaged foods with ingredients, whose presence, I could not confirm, and a host of others. Not out of ignorance, but from necessity. These never filled my childhood plate, and could not have nourished generations before me.

But from these disappointments blossomed a ray of hope—a commitment to reclaim what had quietly been taken away from us. A commitment called Orgo Haat.

Each product that I grow, isn’t just food, it’s a return to the wisdom my forbears passed down generations. Above all, it’s a reconnect to the soil and seasons and to the eternal truth that what nourishes us should come from nature’s bounty, and not from mass-produced factories.
